Connection troubleshooting

Create a research task in the app before connecting. A code lasts ten minutes and belongs to the browser where you started login. Approve only a connection you initiated and check the client name. If it expires, start login again.

Each connection is limited to its approved task. Create a new task and reconnect for further research. Keep the app open to import results; progress saved in the client does not establish local import.

Use Disconnect research connections in app Settings to revoke that installation’s access and pending tasks. Previously imported knowledge and owner notes remain local.

For help, include the app version, client name, approximate time and visible error. Do not send passwords, access tokens, callback URLs, frame numbers or private garage files.
